You don't need another hire. You need the work done.
Lethu Core takes recurring customer support, admin, reporting and sales operations off your desk—so you can focus on running and growing your business.
We are not a recruitment agency. You are buying the work, not a CV.
What you get
- A service you hand over and stop thinking about
- One point of contact who owns the outcome
- Tools and process managed on our side, with support added as scope grows
- Agreed turnaround times, and reporting that proves they were met
- Month to month. No long-term contract or payroll commitment
What we don't do
- Source candidates for you to interview
- Hand you a shortlist and step back
- Place staff on your payroll or your systems admin
- Charge you a placement fee per head
What we handle
Pick the function that's eating your week. Each one is delivered as a managed service—scoped, owned and quality-checked on our side.
Your enquiries, answered properly
Enquiries and tickets handled end to end — not just replied to. We work inside your systems, follow your tone, escalate what needs you, and close the rest. Response times and backlog are reported back to you weekly.

Numbers you can actually decide on
Most small businesses have the data and no time to look at it. We build the tracker once, keep it current, and send you a short read on what changed and what it means — not a dashboard you'll never open.

Who we work with
Any small or growing business with operational work piling up, but not yet ready to bring on another full-time employee.
Ecommerce & DTC
Order support, returns, billing and reporting while you focus on the product and the brand.
Plumbers & electricians
Enquiries answered, jobs booked and followed up, records kept current, while you're on site.
Builders & contractors
Quotes chased, supplier coordination, project admin and client updates handled between site visits.
Cleaning businesses
Bookings, scheduling, client follow-up and records managed as the client list grows.
Beauty businesses
Enquiries, bookings and client records handled so appointment time stays appointment time.
Repair & service businesses

These businesses often need help with customer enquiries, bookings, admin, follow-ups, records, reporting and sales support while the owner focuses on delivering the actual service and growing the business.
How it works
Four steps from first call to work running on our side — scoped and signed off before anything starts.
A free call
Thirty minutes on what's actually taking your time. You'll leave the call with a straight answer on whether we can help, even if that answer is no.
We map the work
We write down the tasks, the tools and the turnaround times, and agree a monthly scope and price. Nothing starts until you've signed it off.
Handover
We learn your systems, document the process, and take the first tasks while you watch. You keep full access throughout.
Running and reporting
The work runs. You get a weekly report and a monthly review, and we adjust scope as the business changes.
Why bring this to us
The honest case for handing operations to a small managed service instead of hiring, or instead of doing it yourself at eleven at night.
A service, not another employee
You pay for an agreed scope of work rather than taking on another full-time employee. We manage the delivery, processes and reporting on our side.
You deal with one person
Not a rotating pool of account managers. The person who scoped your work is the person who answers your message.
Enterprise-grade processes, without the overhead
The processes we use come from running support and billing for an international hardware brand, adapted to businesses that don't need a full department to run them.
Documented as we go
Every process we take over gets written down. If you ever bring it back in house, you get the documentation with it.
Month to month
Scope up when you're busy, scope down when you're not. Thirty days' notice, no penalty.
Your hours, not ours
We already work UK and US hours. Your customers get answered when they're awake, not when Johannesburg is.
What "handled" looks like
Two real examples of the work, with client names left out. This is the level of follow-through you're buying.
One hardware ticket, eleven steps, zero customer chasing
A customer reports a faulty component and can't install the replacement themselves. We request an install code from the technical team against the customer's address, confirm it with the customer, issue the invoice, and give the technician the go-ahead while flagging that the part is still in transit. We then chase the delivery estimate, go back to the repair team to book the technician for after that date, confirm the date with the customer, and hold the ticket open until the delivery partner sends photo confirmation that assembly is complete. The customer sends one email. We send about fifteen.
Knowing which promotion actually won the customer back
Every win-back offer is logged against the customer's previous plan, the plan they returned on, and the date they reactivated. After one quarter you stop guessing which discount works and start seeing which offer brings back the customers who stay. That tracker takes a few minutes a day to maintain and changes what you spend on retention.
